Our Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No conditions, no questions.

This policy applies to all subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and credited back to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

Please include your registered email address and the approximate date of your subscription. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your account. After cancellation:

  • Your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us at support@linkedhype.com

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for LinkedHype. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and buyer support. If you have a billing question, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.
