1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkedHype ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkedHype ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

LinkedHype is an AI-powered career platform that helps professionals find relevant job opportunities and craft personalized outreach messages. Our Service includes:

• Career DNA Profiling: You upload your CV as a PDF file. Our AI (Google Gemini) parses the document to extract your skills, experience, and career history, and generates a personalized "Career DNA" profile. Your CV file is processed in memory and is never stored on our servers.
• AI Job Discovery: We search publicly available job listings aggregated from across the web (via the JSearch API, which indexes Google for Jobs, company career pages, and major job boards) and match them against your Career DNA.
• Outreach Message Generation: Our AI generates personalized professional outreach messages tailored to specific job opportunities and your unique profile.
• Application Tracking: You can track the status of jobs you've applied to within the platform.

Important: LinkedHype is not an automation tool. We do not automatically send messages, submit applications, or interact with any third-party platform on your behalf. All actions — sending messages, applying to jobs — are taken manually by you.

We do not scrape, access, or collect data from any third-party platform without authorization. All professional data used by our Service is submitted voluntarily by you.

3. User Accounts

To use LinkedHype, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@linkedhype.com.

4. User-Provided Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the professional information and CV documents you upload. By uploading a CV or entering professional information, you confirm that:

• The content represents your own genuine professional background
• You are authorized to share this information with our Service
• The content does not infringe upon any third-party rights

We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content. All outreach messages, job matches, and profile analyses should be reviewed by you before use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use AI-generated messages to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated professional information
• Use the Service for any deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or algorithms
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Subscriptions and Payments

LinkedHype offers subscription plans with recurring monthly billing. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and billing support on our behalf.

By subscribing, you authorize Paddle.com to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the applicable plan fee. Subscription fees are displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST) may be added depending on your location — Paddle manages all tax compliance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Refund requests can be submitted to support@linkedhype.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The LinkedHype platform, its design, software, and underlying AI systems are owned by LinkedHype and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The outreach messages, Career DNA profiles, and other content generated specifically from your personal information are yours to use as you see fit, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the LinkedHype platform or its design without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on the following third-party providers to operate:

• Google Gemini API — AI model for CV parsing and content generation
• JSearch / RapidAPI — Job listing aggregation (publicly available job postings)
• Paddle.com — Payment processing and Merchant of Record (Paddle's Terms)
• Vercel — Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• Neon / PostgreSQL — Secure database hosting

Your use of the Service is subject to these providers' respective terms of service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve specific results. Job listings displayed are sourced from third-party aggregators and we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkedHype shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where not prohibited by law, unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
